[PS4/XB1] Updating Graphics Settings Message

Greetings & happy holidays !

I am sorry , but i just now had to restart my xbox-one S (again) because the graphic was blurred step by step , ... till i couldn't take it anymore.

As i started playing Sims4 with the basegame, than weather-dlc, pets-dlc, magic- dlc ... i /my xbox never had any problems !!! I never had this (forced) graphic -adjustments !!!  (about 2 to 3 years ago)

Just now my sims visit a place, i visit so often before without any problems ... blurred ...

By now, while playing Sims4 , the xbox lower the graphic during every!  saving , loading - places, - worldmap, - private galery/library, - householdsmanagement ..

I already reduceg everything i can ! but it is still this way, more precisely : it does not realy help or change this issue.

It is realy frustrating. I remember the beginning of playing Sims4 (the same console - by the way), everything fully packed : the sims inventory, max. householdmembers, sooo many played and non- played households, the maps were filled with played families and properties and so on ... and there was NEVER a forced graphic reducing !!!

So, what is the cause of it ? And why is it getting worse ?

Please - if there is anyone from EA or Maxis who is reading this, or dealing with this issue ... give me a sign ... please !
