Hi @flcl999
Are you getting a specific error message when you try to upload your lot?

no just the buffer wheel
I’ve been trying to upload a selfie museum I made to the gallery for weeks. Everytime I try to save the lot, it says the template already exists in my library, asks if I want to overwrite, & when I say yes it doesnt upload to gallery & if I click the button again, it stays loading for ages with no way to exit out without closing the Game.

I've been trying since yesterday to upload a household from PS4 to the Gallery and have been getting an infinite stall with buffer wheel that locks me out of even backing out back to the game, forcing me to reload the game from the XMB. I don't know if this is a server issue, a comms issue, or some sort of maintenance or bug, but it's causing a problem. I've made at least 4 attempts in the last 24 hours, all failed with the same results. I know my internet connection is solid with more than adequate speed, so it's not an issue with that. I'm able to sign into my EA account on the main website, so it's not a log-in issue, and I'm able to view the Gallery, which wouldn't be possible if I wasn't logged in. New items have appeared in the Gallery, time-stamped for today, including other PlayStation entries, so clearly this isn't happening to everyone.

@632vozy4cru2 @flcl999 & @iamsweetmystery
Please be sure your game is fully updated with the most recent patch - this would be patch 1.84 for console.
You can follow these steps to check that your game is fully updated:
- Go to the PlayStation home screen.
- Highlight the game you're playing and press the Options button on your controller.
- Select "Check For Update" and install any updates that are available.
- Restart the Console completely.
If you are fully updated, please be sure you're entering a description for your lots prior to uploading them. Let me know if you still have issues after trying this!

@EA_Solaire - It is updated. It won't access the Gallery on PS4 without being updated. It instructs you to update in order to access online features as soon as you start up the game. I didn't try to upload a Lot. It was a single-Sim household. Something I've done dozens of times before. That's why I posted this. I'm a regular Gallery contributor and this is not normal.

@flcl999 - My 1-Sim household is only 31KB, so size is definitely not the issue.

Still happening. This very moment I'm attempting once again to upload my Sim to the Gallery. The spinning plumbob wheel just keeps on spinning and I can't back out of it.

Hi all,
Please provide the following information so we can look into this issue a bit further:
Your PlayStation Network ID:
What content you're trying to upload, i.e. lots, households, rooms:
Your current game version:
Thank you!
@EA_Solaire I have updated & restarted my console. I am still having the same issue. I am able to save floor by floor, with it erasing things unfortunately & ruining the layout, but not able to save as a whole. I’m also able to save families/sims still. Just not this particular lot.
My PlayStation id is P0W3RsNufGirl_
I’m trying to upload a selfie museum I made that is 5 MB in size. No closed rooms technically, because they are open to hall. 2 bathrooms.
