Re: Cannot connect to gallery or network sims 4 ps4

This is what I get every single time now… I have restarted loads of times. On main menu I am connected to EA. On ps4 setting I am connected to network and status is perfect… not sure what’s going on here…

Let's try the following steps:

Please run through the connection guide here as well as the guide from PlayStation

Verify that your PlayStation Plus membership is currently active

Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

Restore the Licenses on your console

Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
