@TheBoujeeSimmer Try moving the sim to an empty lot, having them sell all their furnishings on the lot when they move. Then load the household on the empty lot and use their phone to move them back to the lot.

If the household still won't load onto the lot, you will probably need to put down a new apartment. It's possible something on the lot corrupted.
