UPDATE: it is Now doing this to get famous, cats and dogs, AND city living.... PLEASE PLEASE HELP I really do not want to waste $120 for 3 packs I've owned for years 🤦🏽♀️

Hi there @TheFishev,
Do you own the digital version of this bundle, or the disk version?
Have you tried restoring the licenses on your console, and then seeing if you can download your DLC from the Add-Ons section of your console?
Sorry for the late response, Yes they were all digital, and yes I finally figured out that I can restore licenses!! Thank you so much! I got my packs back
