I've been entering testingcheats true/on to start the cheats as usual but the cheats don't work. As soon as I enter testingcheats true it immediately deactivates testingcheats and I have no idea why.
@crinrict yep, tried both. Maybe it's the console? It hasn't happened with other games though. I guess I don't really have a choice but to play without cheats, I haven't been able to find anything out about the bug or even seen someone else having the same problem as me, so I'm kinda stuck with it now ☹️
