Re: Console Controller Feedback

It's been 1.5 months now. I don't find any exitement about the Infant update in me, nor will I consider the new EP.

- The always opened menu is still blocking too much of my screen.I have a decently sized TV, I don't want to buy a bigger one.

- Scrolling, picking colors, terrain painting, all of that, still seems impossible with a controller. I'm playing on a gymnastic ball in my living room. I don't want to remodel my apartment to make room for a desk and/or mouse and keyboard.

- Playing on console was a choice. I don't want the PC feeling, nor do I want to spend another 1000 dollars to get all the packs and move to my actual PC.

- I have a XBox One X. It's a powerhouse (at least compared to the One) that has no problem with any game I own .. exept for the Sims 4, where it's lagging so much in BB mode. It didn't do that before the update.

- TL;DR This game has become so much of an unenjoyable mess, it's a shame. I'm tired of opening the game just to get frustrated. I stopped playing. But tbh this is no solution for a game that costs so much.

PLEASE let us choose if the menu stays open.

PLEASE let us choose the old or the new controls, if you don't revert it at all.

PLEASE give us agency over how we play the game we all paid so, so much money for.

And please, for the love of this game, RESPOND. It's awful to see that EA reacts to everyone but console players. The EA app not working prompted Sims Communications on Twitter to react, which did not happen for console issues at all. Our money is as good as theirs. We deserve the same level of company to customer respect.
