Hey there @XPlod3s,

Is the entire Cats & Dogs expansion not showing in-game, or is it your save files that have gone missing?

It says in game that I have the the pack hit when I go to create a new sim it doesn’t come up and when I went onto another save it said that it didn’t have everything or something and when I loaded into the create a sim bit on that different save the dog wasn’t there and I still couldn’t create a sim.

@XPlod3s Thanks for the info on this!

It sounds like Cats & Dogs may not be installed if you're not seeing the content in-game.

You can check that by following these steps:

Highlight the game on the dashboard

Press the Options/Menu/Start button on the controller

Select "Manage Games and Addons"

Select "Install" on all the DLC you own for The Sims that you want installed

Once you've made sure everything is properly installed, let me know if you're seeing the content then!
