I was able to successfully place it in a new save...I just can’t place it in the world it was meant for.
@kedove Maybe it's a memory issue. Do you already have a lot of houses and stuff in your world ?

No, I’m building in Newcrest and I’ve only placed two other properties there. I’m just starting to build things so I haven’t built up the place a lot yet.
