I moved your post to console. The console version doesn't really have a gallery. All it has is a library with a few items. Is that where you have issues with ? What happens if you try to place stuff from there ?

Maybe someone that actually has a console can help you with this if it's not just about the actual PC gallery that is unavailable for console.
