So i pre ordered eco lifestyle through the Microsoft store and when i go to download it, it appears to complete on the Microsoft end but when I go in game it still says that i need to download to use.
Note: it has been released in all areas at this point
Same here. Tried restarting console, reinstalling pack, reinstalling entire game and all packs, with console restarts after the reinstalls. Still shows up as owned but says need to download to use.
We may just be too early (I’m blaming my inability to convert time zones 🙄). Found this in the FAQ for Xbox release:
The Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle will be available at around 10am PT / 17:00 UTC on June 5, 2020
