I split this to the console forum so someone can assist you better
Can’t click on items or people to pull up the interactions menus, stuck on play speed (can’t pause or speed up time). Occasionally random items are deleted from my home after a loading screen.
Could you maybe add some screenshot and describe in your own words what you are seeing
