Hi there @DarkPhoenixLady,

You'll need to check that your Xbox is currently connected to the Xbox Live network to be sure your local saves are being stored properly in the cloud. Please read over the FAQ here on how cloud saves are stored. 

If your Xbox is connected properly to the Xbox Live network, but your local saves still aren't appearing for you, please reach out to Xbox support so they can look into this issue further with you.

  • @EA_Solaire The xbox was indeed connected to the xbox live network, and I have an ultimate subscription. I took each of those screen shots while I was making this post.
