Hello, I woke up this morning to hopefully some helpful information.. I tried to "reset sim" by pressing Circle and X at the same time but everytime i try to do it it doesn't work. I even tried for someone to enteract with them like (woohoo) they will do it if close to the bed when finished the other SIM gets stuck. This bug is really frustrating me I only have one household on SIM and it won't work at all.

Okay...you may have to enable cheats for "reset sim" to work properly. Did you try this? If not I can understand, I don't always want to lose the ability to get trophies.
Did you notice if your sim can travel or not? You can try to move them to a different lot. I've heard of problems where the sims only get stuck on a particular lot.
I think you can force your sim to travel if they won't do it themselves. Go to Manage Worlds, select a location, then select "visit". Then you can hopefully see if they don't get stuck on a different lot.
