Don't worry this happens to my game as well. It should be pretty straightforward to get it back. Just go to your console dashboard and select the Sims 4, then "Manage Game and Add ons". On the list of your add-ons find the missing pack and tick the box then install it again. The lots where you've used the pack content will have their items restored.
There's a troubleshooting guide here for consoles. I'd usually power cycle mine and clear locally saved data when this happens to my console too. Sometimes it's lost a few packs daily for a short time so I've done a reset while keeping my games. I've also uninstalled and then reinstalled the entire game, but that is time consuming and takes up your WiFi band width significantly. But first I'd just try ticking the box to reinstall your pack. If that doesn't work you can follow the troubleshooting steps and try again, but it should work.
