Unable to go online error

Over the course of the years i have spent hundred of dollars on packs and kits. Everything purchased is showing downloaded and installed on the Xbox console . Once loaded into the games majority of the packs say i have to purchase them. The game also gives me an error message stating im offline and doesn’t allow me the option to connect. It is very unfair that there isn’t a user friendly way to submit a ticket or contact customer support giving the amount of money customers have spent over the years!
