Why is no voting for this problem ??!!

Just started a fresh game for sims 4 ... and it didn't last long : there was this forced graphic adjustment for   NO  APPARENT  REASON    !!!!

When i allowed this  DISFUNCTION  to corrupt my "storyline" , it will make the texture blur over and over again !!!       =>  so the sims 4 becomes unplayable !!  (... as if there wasn't enough bugs already, that makes it hard to play ...)

I at least expect to be taken seriously with this problem !     

I payed money to EA/Maxis for products (basegame & dlc's) wich are filled with disfunktions (bugs) !!!

 !!  If you are able, send this feedback to EA /Maxis-managment, who decided to put profit above quality

I spend more time searching for bug-solutions than i 'm playing ...
