To access your purchased DLC again and get it installed, you just need to follow these steps:

Hey so I'm looking in my Add-ons and I see my purchases for My First Pet Stuff and 3 other packs but I do not see Cats and Dogs, please help.
Nevermind it was on my other account that I gave to my fiancée.
