Redeemed EA App Code, does not work on PlayStation?
My EA App account is linked to my PlayStation account, on which I have purchased 30+ DLCs for The Sims 4 (all through PS Store).
This holiday, I received and redeemed EA App codes for two expansion packs through the redemption tab on the EA App site.
When I go on my console, it shows as if I have not purchased either expansion.
The EA App says the codes were redeemed, so I know they went through.
Will it not sync? If not, where did my EA App codes go?
Am I even able to add those two DLCs to my console account from the EA App at all, or did I just mess it up?
There was no way to redeem them via the PS Store as their codes were different lengths.
I have found no guidance so far, so thank you for any help.
Codes for the EA app on PC are only for the PC version of the game- you wouldn't be able to redeem a PC code for a PlayStation version of your pack.
Packs are not transferable between platforms, you'd need to purchase these packs for your PlayStation instead directly through the PlayStation store on your console.
