I've had many application crashes in my life, but never saw a game crash literally capable of shutting a console off.
I would try to uninstall everything, download it all over again, and then reinstall. If it shuts off again, well then the console is definitively the culprit.
Right now there's a lot of people reporting crashes while traveling on Xbox One, so you might want to wait for a fix and also check if an Xbox Series or even a PC could work for you. Good luck.
