same ps4 console different user

Hi all, 

My husband and I use the same PS4 console with our own user. He bought the high school years for me and he has the bonus items on his sims 4 but I don't! Is there any reason for this? I have literally got everything else!!!

Can anyone enlighten/help me please? I don't have any CC or mods as they're not allowed on PS4, I have all packs except the paranormal/supernatural ones an a couple of the kits. All of those work great with my account as well as his.

    Hi there @Cheeky_Chiana,

    Any bonus content doesn't get shared across accounts, so if the pack was bought on his account instead of yours, it will only be available on his profile.

    Any bonus content doesn't get shared across accounts, so if the pack was bought on his account instead of yours, it will only be available on his profile.

    Thank you for your reply. That's a bummer! I got the other free stuff when we first bought it,  like the guitar etc. Oh well 🤷🏽‍♀️

    Oh why? I have the same issue but in my case even my husband doesn't have the bonus content. I always buy all expansions via his account because he had The Sims 4 on his profile.

    If the user it was bought on is also on your playstation, go into his account and download it on your playstation as well. You might need to change it so that your ps4 is the primary ps4 for it to show up in game, but it works just fine for me. My mum's bought me a lot of packs, on her account. They work fine on mine because my ps4 is the primary ps4 for her user. (Your husband can still play downloaded games on his ps4 if his is not the primary ps4 as long as he's logged in as his user and not another one) With this you should be able to use and access the dlc even if you're using a different user, as long as you're playing on the ps4 that is set as primary for whatever account the content was purchased on.

    @BethanyG283 Thank you for replying. We tried what you recommended but as he bought the pack on his user and it won't transfer, even though we are playing on a single PS4 just ith separate users, it won't let me have it! I really don't get it. 1 PS4, surely the packs shoukd work on both users! Another way to make money huh?! 😠
