Save error code 0

I keep getting a save error code 0 when playing the sims 4 on console (ps5). When it happens it deletes my save file and even when I create a new save file, when I reopen the game all of my pictures ...

I'm on a PC not a console and my storage space on this pc is humongous. Are you saying that Sims 4 limits the space available for storage no matter how much room we have on our PC?

Guess I should give the specs on my PC, here they are:

Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900KF 3.20 GHz
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
No pen or touch input is available for this display

**EDIT** My son just suggested it could have something to do with the space allowed for individual files in your cloud storage for Sims 4. (It's a great feature, of course, that gives us the ability to have our stuff even should we have a critical error with our PC and lose all our game info locally, we really haven't lost it thanks to your cloud.)
