Saves being deleted, pictures being blacked out

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 03.217
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Discovery university, island living, City living, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, Get together, get to work, realm of magic, parenthood, vampires, dine out, Vintage glamour, cool kitchen
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load up the game and play
What happens when the bug occurs? It says fail to save when I try to save, deletes my save and if I manage to get back into the save again (sometimes the auto save still comes up as the deleted world) my pictures are blacked out and then the save deletes completely
What do you expect to see? My saves not to delete themselves and pictures not to be blacked out
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I’ve written my problem on another persons thread but I want it to reach as many as possible to help fix our games!
