I went to play my sims 4 game today, and noticed that several of my packs that I've owned for a good while are missing. It shows them as installed on the console, but after loading into the game, the pack section in the main menu show them as unowned. I am missing the following: Seasons, Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, Laundry Day Stuff, Toddler Stuff, Spooky Stuff, and Cool Kitchen Stuff. All of these are the first ones that I bought YEARS ago. And today they are suddenly gone, as if I never bought them. Now I can't play my games because half of the content I used to build and in CAS is gone. HELP ME PLEASE!

Let's try these steps to see if everything is properly installed: Highlight The Sims on the dashboard Press the Menu button on the controller Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC Be sure to keep me posted on how this works for you!

Thanks for this info! Let's try these steps to see if everything is properly installed:

Highlight The Sims on the dashboard

Press the Menu button on the controller

Select "Manage Games and Add-ons"

You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

I play on Xbox s and my get to work add on is coming up unowned yet it’s installed and has been installed for months now when I continue playing it loads with everything missing even if it says it’s installed along with the other add ons
when I contacted Xbox they said the purchase was in process which was strange because again I’ve been playing for months now when I asked when was it made they said last night makes no sense

Did you previously have Xbox Ultimate, or an EA Play membership that's now expired? Get to Work is included with both of those memberships, so please be sure to check if you've owned the pack by being a member of either of those subscriptions.

As for a processing purchase from the Xbox store, you'll need to reach back out to Xbox support to have them look into those details with you a bit further as we aren't able to assist with any purchases made from the Xbox store.

I recently bought the Island Living Expansion pack and I waited an hour for it to download last night, this morning I did not see it as owned, and it is still making me buy it. I have no idea what to do because I don't want to wasn't my money at this point if it won't download. (Xbox One)

Did you try the steps in the accepted solution here to see if you're able to re-download Island Living?

If that doesn't work for you, please check your purchase history on your Xbox to verify if this transaction was successful or not. If you're seeing any issues with the purchase here, you'll want to get in contact with Xbox support so they can review these purchase details with you a bit further and see what's happened.

I play on laptop and I'm now having the same issues, closed the game because it was taking way too long to load in a building and when I went back on all my packs were shown as unowned.

this is currently happening to me as well. my sim is naked, and it shows all my packs as being "unowned" now. i have no clue what to do as it also will not allow me to repair my game

Exakt same thing just now.
All add-ons marked as "In library" and installed.
But when I open the game they are marked as unowned and several sims are nude (because used to ware clothes from add-ons)
