Sims 4 “get to work” is showing unowned

My sims 4 “get to work” add on is showing that it’s downloaded on my xbox but showing “unowned” on the game and the content isn’t showing up. What do I do?

    Hi @4582008 & @xxtheking96xx 

    Had you fully purchased Get to Work, or were you accessing that through a previous EA Play/Xbox Ultimate membership that is no longer active? If your membership is no longer active, you won't be able to access Get to Work, or any other content included with EA Play unless you've separately purchased that content. 

    Please take a look at your transaction history on your Xbox account to verify how you were accessing this pack.

I got the get to work pack for free and was working fine for months until now. It says that I don’t own it and I have to pay for it. How can I fix this I play on Xbox
