Sims 4 “not available for purchase on ps4”

the sims 4 is not available on the ps4 or ps5 for some reason it just doesn’t pop up when i go to the sims website i press download then choose playstation it redirects me to the playstation app but ...

Does the region on your PlayStation store match your actual location?

    Every time I click on the Sims 4 on my PlayStation app it says error. Is it no longer in the PlayStation store? I don't understand
