Sims 4 - ps4 edition won’t open on ps5

So recently I’ve wanted to get back into playing the sims 4 so I installed it onto my ps5 along with two expansion packs I owned. I went to load up the game and the title screen - “The Sims 4” - did ...

I’ve tried all of this and I still cannot access the game. It won’t allow me past the opening screen and will just freeze on this screen here
