I bought get to work Sims add on and my console is telling me to reinstall it and the start the Xbox over but when I try to its telling me to purchase it for 19.99 and already purchase it a year or two years ago

sharich11 purchases are made from Microsoft so if it's telling you to buy a pack again, here's a link to check your purchase history. You can use the "Start a Chat" option to speak to them directly, good luck.
