Sims 4 add-ons not playable anymore
I have purchased the base game and some add-ons with my Xbox account. I have these installed on a console which is MY HOME console. The game and these add-ons were playable by my wife on her own Xbox account, and we have saved games to prove that.
The last time she accessed these was maybe last year or the beginning of this year. All of a sudden, these add-ons are NO longer playable for her.
Am I missing something or has something changed in the last few months on these? I will add screenshots when I login on her account
