Sims 4 Autonomy

So I just created a new household in the desert oasis area. For a while my sims autonomy was fine, my sim would walk around and do things on her own.

She walked into the bathroom a while after and became stuck there, so I deleted the door and replaced it with an empty door frame so she could leave. 
Her free will just seemingly stopped at this point and now she won’t do anything but stand there until I give her a command. Even after removing the door frame and replacing the door she still seems to be “broken”. 

Ive also tried switching autonomy on/off and closing the game and restarting the application, which also doesn’t seem to work.

Does anyone know a fix for this?
