I play on ps4 and also didn’t get any of the new content yet, my game is fully updated and I’ve checked the options for any sims content delivery and it says I have everything up to date. I’ve restarted game and console several times with no luck, I do have access to the blast from the past event though.
bongmollyOn PS4 I didn’t get the SDX until I updated my PlayStation - I had just downloaded an update for Sims, and was confused when it still seemed behind my Mac. But then I realized I had a PlayStation update, and after installing that I opened Sims again and got the popup that an SDX was available. Restarted the game again when that finished downloading, and now I have the content.
I also had an update on my ps4 and hoped that after it would resolve but still no luck on receiving the SDX :/
