On the Xbox, on the storage for the Xbox I have all my packs and expansions installed. I open the game and they are not there. Asking me to pay for the packs I already have.
I’ve double checked that it’s the same account, am I going to need to uninstall them and reinstall them? I don’t want lose anything in my current saves

First try these steps to be sure all your content is properly installed:
I have 9 add-ons currrently installed and none are showing on the sims storage packs. I only have the free 2 packs and the get to work tha comes with ea play.
I have spent a lot of money getting these packs and now I can’t use them

Hi! I have the EXACT issue: I checked in Xbox that all of my 17 add-ons are installed. But after the last update, I don’t see them in the game (can’t locate them in the build mode).
It’s EA problem 1000% please fix this asap! People paid money for those packs

I’m having this same issue? How did you get it to fix? I’ve hard reset my console, uninstalled and reinstalled the games+ all the packs I own and even cleared the reserved cache. Nothing has worked
