Sims 4 bundle PS4 Won’t Download

Question

My sister bought me the Sims 4 bundled with Cats and Dogs (all on one disc together) for Christmas. I popped it into my PS4 to download and everything went smoothly until it had to copy the add-on. It would take a few minutes to do that and when I would click start to open the game, it would open to the same screen with the download bar saying “copying add-on.” This process has looped for over 24 hours. I tried deleting all the Sims data and then redownloading but that didn’t work. Is there anything else I could try?

I am currently having this problem and cant find help anywhere. I've reinstalled this game many times, even reebooted my ps4 and nothing smh
