Sims 4 cats and dogs not showing

I don’t know if anyone else had has this problem, but years ago i bought the sims 4 disc bundled with cats and dogs. One day out of the blue cats and dogs was unowned on sims 4, but it said it was purchased and owned on the X-Box store and when i manage the game. I have tried everything to get it back from uninstalling and reinstalling to cleaning the disc. I have tried to install it but because it says owned on the x-box game store it makes it impossible. If anyone has a solution i need to hear it.

    Hello @999brooklynpolar 

    With your Cats & Dogs disk inserted into your Xbox, please try the following steps to be sure the content is installed:

    • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
    • Press the Menu button on the controller
    • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
    • You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC

    Let me know if your bundle still isn't available once you've tried this.

    this was one of the first things i have tried and still have not been able to use it. Do you have any other solutions?

    so i bought the xbox one basegame with cats and dogs bundle a while ago on a cd and somehow i dont have cats and dogs anymore, i definetely had it before, i have old saves where I've used the pack.  its deleted off my game now and i can only purchase it back. im not sure what to do?
