Sims 4 code
My mother bought me the Sims 4 cottagecore expansion pack on Amazon and I redeemed the code online. I can’t find it anywhere on my Xbox. I’ve looked in my game library, under my app info, and even tried to search it again to see if it said install vs purchase. When I attempted to redeem the code again to see if it would give me the 25 digits, I never got one and it just keeps saying “code already redeemed”.

It sounds like you may have redeemed the code on a different Xbox account than the one you're currently using on your console- I'd recommend you reach out to Xbox support so they can locate this code and see what's happening with your expansion.
