Sims 4 corrupted file

Hello, I have been having trouble with accessing the sims 4 on my play station 4, a couple weeks ago it came up with corrupted file, I let it go and it didn’t do it so much but in the last couple of days it has been popping up all of the time, today I deleted it and re downloaded it, it came up with it again so I factory reseted my play station and re downloaded it and all my packs and it came up with it again, I honestly don’t know what to do and I need help fixing it, I really miss playing it and I will send you a picture of the screen that it comes up with.

I have followed the instructions on the Screen multiple times but it has not fixed the situation, I would really appreciate it if you guys could contact me back

    Hi there @tp42yuw5unj0 

    Please try the following steps to clear this error up:

    1. Restore the licenses on your console 

    2. Check that your game is fully updated:

    • Go to the PlayStation home screen. 
    • Highlight the game you're playing and press the Options button on your controller.
    • Select "Check For Update" and install any updates that are available.
    • Restart the Console completely.

    3. Make sure your console system software is up to date. 

    • Select Settings at the top of the PlayStation home screen.
    • Choose "System Software Update" and allow any system updates to install.
    • Reboot your PlayStation.

    4. Delete your save data for The Sims: 

    • Go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage > Delete.
    • Select a game or application.
    • Set check marks beside the data you wish to delete or Select All.
    • Select Delete > then OK to confirm your decision.

    4. Boot your system into Safe Mode and select the Rebuild Database option.

    Thankyou for your help, I am going in today to get a refund they think it might be the play station and thought it would be best to give me a new one
