Sims 4 curser glitch xbox one

Everytime I log into my game lately as soon as the game loads to play the cursor hand disappears and I can't play the game. I have tried things others are saying on here to do but nothing works, has there been a for sure resolution for this problem? Seems to be happening to a lot of people.

Switched to and from First person, reset the game, and can only bounce from.highlighted item to highlighted item, very difficult to interact, seems like the original al house stuff is lighting up but my added stuff isn't not even my dog. So cursor visible at all
