Sims 4 expansion on PS4
So I started off with the cats and dogs expansion then I wanted to live with the pets with the Island living expansion. I didn't get that ability and it bummed me out. I thought it was a glitch on it's own so I left it be. Then I lost both of those and got Eco Lifestyle, I still miss having mermaids and cats and dogs. Is it a problem on my end? I know the cases are supposed to have the same numbers on them but still disappointing with how much money was spent on this.

It sounds like your DLC isn't currently installed to your PS4, let's try these steps to get that content installed:
- Quit the game if you have it running.
- Go to your Library
- Choose Purchased
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to PlayStation Store and open My Add ons
- Find your DLC in the list and start the download
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
