Sims 4 expansion on PS4

So I started off with the cats and dogs expansion then I wanted to live with the pets with the Island living expansion. I didn't get that ability and it bummed me out. I thought it was a glitch on it...

    Heya @Animegirl303,

    It sounds like your DLC isn't currently installed to your PS4, let's try these steps to get that content installed:

    1. Quit the game if you have it running.
    2. Go to your Library
    3. Choose Purchased
    4. Select The Sims 4
    5. Scroll down to PlayStation Store and open My Add ons
    6. Find your DLC in the list and start the download
    7. When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

    Let me know if you still can't access Cats & Dogs or Island Living once you've tried this.

@Animegirl303 You should be able to get pets in any world. Does any content of the pack show up in your game ? Does it say you own the packs in the overview page ?

Going to to move this to the console forum as it sounds like an issue with the game recognizing your owned packs.
