My game is all of a sudden asking me to renew my EA play subscription to play but i didn’t have one this whole time. Please help! I’m on XBOX & have already reset my console with XBOX support

        Thanks, were you previously playing the EA Play version of The Sims, or do you own the base game on your account? 

        Have you tried downloading the base game for free from the Xbox store directly on your console?
