@Jr3nmbr1 Try moving your household that is crashing to another lot. Have them sell the furnishings when they move out. Once they are on the new lot see if you can load the household.
If the household loads fine on an empty lot, it's the old lot that's the issue.
Load the crashing lot into build mode and see if there's anything there that could cause issues, like unfinished paintings or maybe woodworking or messes; etc. If so delete them or draw a wall over the object to remove it.
If there doesn't seem to be anything out of place, you can try to save the lot into the library. Then bulldoze the lot. Replace the lot down from the library.
Load up the family that you moved and use their phone to move them back to their lot.
If you can not load the household on the empty lot, it's the family that's the issue. Try saving them to the library and placing them back down again in the world. This will cause all outside relationships to break, unfortunately, so it isn't ideal if this is your legacy family.
I’m trying your first solution so, will deleting rooms and items help? Because I know that the family is ok and I can load them when they’re on different lots. I just can’t access them when they’re home.

@Jr3nmbr1 Sometimes simply moving the family out of the lot and back in fixes it. Use their phone to move them, not manage households. If not try the other things I mentioned.
