Sims 4 not saving on xbox one

Has anyone found a solution for this yet? I've been playing on the same save file for months (I just got the game in February) and today it stopped saving giving me the error 0 * when I try. I tried making it autosave but that's not working either, I really don't want to lose this save file but it just won't work anymore. EA hasn't been helpful AT ALL, I haven't once been able to talk to a real person yet, but I'm not sure who else I can go to for help with this situation.
