Sims 4 Progress Lost
I’ve been trying to find a way to recover some saved progress in Sims 4 on xbox, but the “recover save” option is not available for me. When I go to my gallery the households are there, but when I through all of my saves they are no where in the game. None of their houses are there, and they are not showing up as playable households when I view “Manage Worlds” and “Manage Households”.

Did you accidentally overwrite your previous save files?
You can try restoring your saves from your cloud save data on your console. If you were playing offline, your game saves wouldn't resync from the cloud. If the save files aren't available in your cloud, I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to restore them.
