Sims 4 PS4 - pet relationship cheat suddenly stopped working, please help!

Hey!

The pet relationship cheat worked for me fine earlier on in the same game for my Sim family's 2 dogs but since I have now adopted 2 cats, the cheat is not working for them.

I am trying to increase the relationships between the Sim family members and the 2 new cats but every time I enter the cheat nothing happens! 

It is the same cheat code I used for the dogs earlier in the game, which worked fine.

Cheat I am using is : ( modifyrelationship Simfirstname Simlastname Petfirstname Petlastname 100 LTR_SimToPet_Friendship_Main )

Platform I am using is : Playstation 4.

    @PoptartJuniper 

    Adoption agency. 

    I just fixed it! I edited the cats in CAS to give them collars and then when I went back to the game and tried the cheat again, it worked. 

    So if anyone gets this issue themselves, the solution is to edit in CAS and then try the cheat code again!

    @emiXxxxx  Does your pet have a last name? The cheat requires the pet to have a last name. Also, be sure you are spelling everything correctly.

    @PoptartJuniper Yes they all have the same surname and I’ve checked the spelling over and over again. Cheats are on too. I just don’t get why it’s not working 💁🏼‍♀️

    @emiXxxxx I tested this on both an already in house animal (Rosie) who I had to give a last name to and Brant Hecking, the modify relationship cheat worked and then I adopted a cat (which had its own issues) and then cheated the relationship of the new cat and Brant Hecking to max. Both worked fine. This was on a new game. I believe cheats are case sensitive, so be sure you are typing them exactly as written. 

    I typed in 

    modifyrelationship Brant Hecking Rosie Hecking 100 LTR_SimtoPet_Friendship_main 

    This worked both times I used it.

    @PoptartJuniper Hey! Yes that is exactly the code I used. I don’t think upper/lowercase makes a difference as it never has for any of the other cheats I’ve used before but I tried it all exactly how you put anyway to double check and it’s still not working ☹️
