Sims 4 Ps4 Phone Issue

A problem with the phone? When I tried to "plan a social event" the game crashed. Is there another way to throw parties?

    Hi there, thank you for the reply! 

    Actually, I'm assuming this was a one time thing, because I tried to plan a social event with a different household and it worked fine. So then I went back to my original household where the game crashed before, and my sim was able to throw a party without a problem. Hopefully it won't crash again for my toddler's birthday party!

    But yes, originally I was trying to throw a wedding, and as soon as I pressed x on "plan a social event" the game crashed. There was an error code, but I didn't write it down. Sorry! :P So I bought a wedding arch and threw one that way. I will let you know if it happens again and try to get the error code! Thank you for the reply 🙂

    Sorry to read your game did that, did you get to choose which event you wanted to organize? If a wedding, you might be experiencing this issue: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/PS-XB-Wedding-planning-crash/m-p/6466094/highlight/true#M53729

    If so, please, let us know and I will merge your post in that thread.

    Otherwise, could you try to plan a social event with another household that lives in another lot? Still crashing? Could you share the error code you get when the game crashes?

    I can’t even open the phone at all. Playing game for hours with no problems but the phone will not work.
