It happened again today, only this time it was the needs bar stuck open. Couldn't select anything. I forced my sim to travel, but the glitch was still there. I can't play the game like this! Needs to be fixed ASAP!
Same issue here along with other ones but for Xbox one. Very frustrating.

I had this on PS4 as well. Except I saved a new version of my game (didn't overwrite my current save) and then quit to the Main Menu. When I tried to reload the newest save the map wouldn't let me select my lot. It was there and I could see the name above it but I couldn't highlight it. So I tried to reload my earlier save and take a couple of hours gameplay hit but then found the problem with the map there too! So I basically can't reload any saved data now. Might be the final straw after not being able to save at all for the first week of release! Glad I didn't invest in any DLC packages as yet!
