Please try a full power-cycle on your console following these steps:
- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
If this doesn't clear the error up, we'll also want to try a full uninstall and reinstall of The Sims. This error could also be due to a sign-in issue with your profile, so if uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help as well, you'll want to reach out to Xbox support so they can look into this further with you.
