Sims 4, Sim or customers can’t go inside my vet clinic

Hello!! I built my own vet clinic, now I can’t go inside to treat the animals. I hired a vet and she won’t come in either. I checked the doors the only option it gives me is to lock them. I got everything that was required. The thing for customers to sign n is accessible. I send my hired vet to do things Inside and she won’t. The customers won’t come In and check in either. Or my sim won’t come in. I can’t figure out if I did something wrong on my build. I also opened the Bussiness. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Please help.
