Sims 4 Sims won't move can't do actions

Just got the game on Ps4 this past Saturday. I have been playing fine but now my one Sim will not do any actions. He just stands there and the actions never move down. How do I fix this?

Press L1,L2,R1, and R2 to bring up the cheat bar, then type in resetSim and the sims first and last name and press enter

    I shut my ps4 down completely every time. Just transferring the stuck SIM to another household and then back again worked for me. The reset SIM will erase everything my SIM has so I'm glad I found another way to fix It! Where can I find more cheats for the PS4?

      What do you mean the reset sim will erase everything your sims has?

        In another forum they said the reset SIM makes you lose their job and skills. Is that incorrect?

    This worked great on my PS4. My sim was stuck for 2 days and I tried resetting it and everything . Thanks so much!!
