Sims 4 strangeville

Every since I brought it my sims 4 keeps crashing and I've reinstalled and hard reset my xbox one and nothing seems to work I've brought almost every DLC and I can't play at all now cause it keeps kicking me off every since I brought that dlc please fix this issue
